What is transformative life coaching?

Transformative life coaching is a type of coaching that focuses on helping individuals make significant changes in their lives by transforming their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. The goal of transformative life coaching is to partner with clients achieve their full potential by identifying obstacles that may be preventing them from reaching their goals.

Transformative life coaching is different from traditional coaching in that it takes a holistic approach to personal development. It is not therapy. It focuses on the individual as a whole, rather than just addressing specific areas of their life. This approach assists clients to explore their values, beliefs, and goals. It is client centered and the client chooses wether they want to explore their thoughts or develop a plan to achieve their desired outcomes.
